Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Soft Water, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Cooking Oil, Gluten, Red Brown Rice Powder.

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place somen into boiling water (100°C) for few minutes.
  2. Drain the water, add sauces or boiled soup into the bowl.
  3. Stir well and serve immediately.

(For best quality, do not cook the noodle with soup base for more than 2 minutes.)
