Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Soft Water, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Cooking Oil, Gluten, Red Brown Rice Powder.
Cooking Instructions:
- Place somen into boiling water (100°C) for few minutes.
- Drain the water, add sauces or boiled soup into the bowl.
- Stir well and serve immediately.
(For best quality, do not cook the noodle with soup base for more than 2 minutes.)
