Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Soft Water, Salt, Gluten, Matcha Powder.

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place soba into boiling water (100°C) for 3 -4 minutes.
  2. Place the boiled soba into cold water to soak for 15 sec.
